GUIDELINES TO ENSURE PRODUCT QUALITY

AVOID

To be placed near heat sources, chemicals, products that emit strong odors, or exposed to the sun;

Excessive weight should not be placed on the products, as this can generate excessive pressure on the bottle and consequently damage the packaging, causing gas or beverage leakage;

Freezing the product can alter the flavor and carbonation of the beverage. If this issue occurs, the power setting of the refrigeration equipment should be reduced;

Do not place the product against the wall, as this may prevent heat exchange;

Physical impacts to the product should be avoided, as they can agitate the gas and cause potential damage to the packaging.

ENSURE

Ensure that the product is not stored directly on the floor, avoiding contact with water, floor cleaning products, leaks, or any other source of contamination such as animal feces or urine;

Ensure product rotation, making sure that the first product to enter stock is the first to be sold;

Ensure that when restocking refrigerated areas, the cold products that were already in the freezer are always placed in the front, while products at room temperature should always be placed at the back of the freezer;

Ensure that if any product with an issue is identified, it is separated from the others and the seller is informed for a replacement request;

Ensure that in refrigerated storage, the product is not placed together with products from different categories, such as cold cuts, meats, or fish.
