Mission, Vision, and Values: Our Compass:
The event began with a deep dive into our mission, vision, and values. Company representatives Carlos Michel Costa and Michelle Costa reaffirmed our identity with our rallying cry: “What is good is born a leader, has already become tradition! Bebidas Quinari is the best in the region! Honesty, quality… with innovation! Respect and sustainability to maintain our standard!”
And we recalled our fundamental values: Honesty, Quality, Innovation, Respect, and Sustainability (HQIRS).
Our vision filled us with determination for new achievements.

Kikinho: Our Host
The contagious energy of our mascot Kikinho brought joy and enthusiasm. He reminds us that, just like him, we are strong and full of energy.

Rallying Cry and Special Treatment:
A new 'Rallying Cry' resonated, uniting us as a team committed to our values. And the greeting 'Pra cima!' (Upwards!) became our characteristic expression of positivity. The 'Winners' treatment reinforced our success mindset.

Emotional Moments:
The motivational talk by Renata Costa from Instituto Você took us on an emotional journey of self-discovery and overcoming challenges. But the emotion reached its peak when the company's founder, Antônio Carlos, took the stage. His presence brought tears to our eyes and reinforced the bond we share as a family.

Closing Party:
Gifts, prize raffles, and a closing party full of music and joy brought the day to a perfect end.
