1. Promotion: The “Prize Wheel – Children's Day” promotion is a promotional campaign run by Bebidas Quinarí, valid exclusively from 10/11/2025 to 10/12/2025, or while gift stocks last.

2. Participation: 2.1. The promotion is open to all individuals residing in Brazil who attend the event venue and register by providing their full name, e-mail, CPF and contact phone number.
2.2. Each CPF and phone number is entitled to one (1) spin of the wheel during the entire promotion period. If it lands on “Try Again”, the participant may try to win a prize.

3. How the Promotion Works: 3.1. After registering, the participant may spin the wheel once.
3.2. The wheel contains several prizes/gifts defined by the organization. The prize obtained will be the one indicated by the arrow when the wheel stops.
3.3. Prizes are personal and non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for money, credit, other products or benefits.

4. Entry Control: 4.1. Control is based on the CPF and phone number provided at registration.
4.2. In case of a duplicate entry attempt with the same CPF or phone number, the new entry will be automatically invalidated.

5. Prize Delivery: 5.1. Prizes are delivered immediately after participation.

6. General Provisions: 6.1. Taking part in this promotion implies full knowledge and acceptance of these rules.
6.2. The organization reserves the right to change the conditions of the promotion or end the campaign at any time, with notice to the public, in the event of force majeure.
6.3. The data collected will be used exclusively to manage the promotion and contact the participant, in compliance with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018).
